shares of Eastpharma Ltd
(London, 26 October 2007) - Pharmainvest Master Account LP; one of
the funds, under the management of GEM Global Equities Management SA
("GEM"), has purchased 66,500 shares of Eastpharma Ltd.
("Eastpharma") representing approximately 0.098% of the issued share
capital of Eastpharma on 26 October 2007. After this purchase,
Pharmainvest Master Account LP has increased its holdings to 41.75%,
while the funds under the management of GEM, as the controlling
shareholders have increased their holdings to 53.02% of the issued
share capital of Eastpharma.
