A listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and
UK Listing Authority for 265,000 ICG Units (comprising Ordinary
Shares of 65 cent and Redeemable Shares of 0.01 cent) to be admitted
to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official
List of the UK Listing Authority. Application has also been made to
the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for these
shares to be admitted to trading.
These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
Ordinary Shares and Redeemable Shares and were allotted pursuant to
the Company Share Option Plan.
