In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional
provision 6, Pennine AIM VCT plc announces the following:
The Company's capital as at 30 November 2007 consists of 13,749,480
Ordinary shares of 10 pence each and 2,836,269 D shares of 10 pence
each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Pennine AIM VCT plc is
16,585,749.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pennine
AIM VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
