Silver Capital AG Concludes Two Soil Sampling Programs on the Ruostesuo Project in Finland

FRANKFURT, GERMANY--(Marketwire - January 04, 2008) - A few weeks ago, Silver Capital AG concluded the second so-called MMI-Till Soil Sampling Program on the Ruostesuo Project in central Finland. The scope of the first MMI program in June and July 2007 included a total of 150 different samples in six areas of the overall licensed territory. For a period of nine days, four people removed two soil samples from each hole. The current soil program was done in October and November 2007 and comprised a total weight of 69 kg of soil samples. These samples were sent two weeks ago to the well known Canadian laboratory SGS Minerals in Toronto for analysis. After reviewing the results of these sampling programs and existing historical exploration results, Silver Capital AG's objective is to define new target areas for a drilling campaign and additionally necessary exploration and development work for the year 2008. In late spring or early summer 2008, a comprehensive drilling program for a minimum of 3,000 metres is planned for the Ruostesuo area based on the previous geological and geophysical test work. Silver Capital AG is the first German still privately owned company with the main investment focus on the precious metal silver. The IPO and listing of its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany is scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2008.
