Correction re Repurchase and Cancellation of Shares
Pacific Alliance China Land Limited ("the Company" or "PACL")
announces that on 19 September 2008 the Company repurchased and
cancelled 1,000,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary
Shares") at US$0.875 per share.
As a result of this transaction, and of the Transaction in Own Shares
announcement of 8 October 2008, there are 340,040,000 Ordinary Shares
outstanding with voting rights in the Company.
