notification of significant shareholdings on 30 June 2009, in
accordance with Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of
significant shareholdings in listed companies.
Greenlight Capital LP has decreased its holding of voting rights in
Nyrstar NV. Its consolidated holding, as of 24 June 2009, is
2,906,567 ordinary shares, representing 2.91% of the total number of
existing voting rights of Nyrstar NV.
