Rautaruukki to publish financial statement bulletin 2009 on Wednesday 3 February 2010
Rautaruukki Corporation Stock exchange release 13 January 2010 at 10.30
Rautaruukki will issue its interim report for the fourth quarter of 2009 and the
financial statement bulletin for 2009 on Wednesday 3 February 2010 at around 12
noon instead of on the date announced earlier.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Tuesday 23 March 2010 as
announced earlier.
The publication dates of interim reports in 2010 remain unchanged:
Interim report Q1/2010: Thursday 22 April 2010 at about 9am
Interim report Q2/2010: Friday 16 July 2010 at about 9am
Interim report Q3/2010: Friday 22 October 2010 at about 9am
The company observes a 21-day silent period before the disclosure of results.
