Holzkirchen / Germany, July 21, 2010 - Carpevigo AG of Germany (ISIN
DE000A0LR6B6), a contractor and operator of solar energy power plants, redeemed
Tranche 1 of its corporate bond CARPEVIGO SOLAR I issued in July 2007 on July
19.
The Tranche 1 of the corporate bond CARPEVIGO SOLAR I (ISIN: DE000A0N3X10) which
was now redeemed had an issuing volume of 3.5 Mio. Euro with a term of 3 years.
Tranche 2 with a term of 6 years (ISIN: DE000A0N3X28) and an issuing volume of
15 Mio. Euro will be redeemed in July 2013.
At the turn of the year Carpevigo AG had built PV power plants with an overall
capacity of app. 13.5 Megawatt in Germany and Southern Europe. As of May 1 2010
Carpevigo AG had a project pipeline with PV power plants to be built in South
and Southeast Europe with a total capacity of 12 MWp.
