Listing of the Huhtamäki Oyj option rights 2006 C and subscription dates in 2011

7 maart 2011 HUHTAMÄKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 7.3.2011 AT 15.30 Huhtamäki Oyj applies for listing of the option rights 2006 C under the 2006 option rights plan, adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 27, 2006, on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. so that the listing will commence on April 1, 2011. The total number of option rights 2006 C is 1,100,000 and each option right 2006 C entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) share of Huhtamäki Oyj. In the aggregate the option rights 2006 C entitle holders to subscribe for 1,100,000 shares and the corresponding maximum increase in the share capital is EUR 3,740,000. The period of subscription for shares based on the option rights 2006 C shall begin on April 1, 2011 and shall cease on April 30, 2014. The period of subscription for shares shall be annually between January 2 and November 15 on specific subscription dates designated by the Board of Directors of the Company. At the beginning of the subscription period on April 1, 2011 the share subscription price based on the option rights 2006 C is EUR 6.56 per share.
