of Class A shares has increased by 1Â 601 595 shares and the number of votes has
increased by 1Â 601 595. Following the increase, the total number of shares in
Handelsbanken is 628Â 856 899 of which 617Â 106 456 are Class A shares and
11Â 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is
618Â 281 500. The share capital amounts to SEK 2Â 924Â 184 580,35 after the
increase.
