According to the ruling, reports on the financial status of both companies have to be compiled by 28 March 2014, and proposals for the respective reorganisation programmes by 28 May 2014. For the corporate reorganisations of Talvivaara and Talvivaara Sotkamo, the District Court of Espoo has also appointed creditor committees, which act as the joint representatives of the creditors in the proceedings.
