Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 5 August 2015, Ageas reports the purchase of 70,042 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 30-05-2016 until 03-06-2016.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 17 August 2015, Ageas has bought back 5,299,858 shares for a total amount of EUR 196,965,573. This corresponds to 2.45% of the total shares outstanding.
