Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that on 7 June 2016 the Company purchased for cancellation 280,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 78.7 pence per share.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 179,629,376 comprising 160,546,650 Ordinary 10p Shares and 19,082,726 D Ordinary 1p Shares.
