Intermediate Capital Group plc ("the Company") - Notice of AGM and Annual Report and Accounts
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the Company wishes to announce that a copy of the AGM Notice for its forthcoming annual general meeting has been sent to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for viewing at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 have also been sent and will shortly be available for viewing at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Annual Report and Accounts and AGM Notice may also be viewed on the Company's website at http://www.icgplc.com . The AGM Notice contains details of the proposed special dividend and share consolidation.
The Annual Report and Accounts and AGM Notice will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive them in hard copy form. The annual general meeting of the Company will take place on Thursday 21 July 2016 at its offices at Juxon House, 100 St Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M 8BU at 2:00 pm.
