As per 10 August 2016 CFO Claus Boysen has been appointed as new member of the Executive Management of Lauritz.com A/S and Lauritz.com Group A/S. Executive Management hereafter consists of CEO Mette Rode Sundström, COO Henrik Engmark and CFO Claus Boysen
Claus Boysen, 41, has been CFO at Lauritz.com for 6 years. On 22 June 2016, Lauritz.com listed on Nasdaq First North Premier in Stockholm. The enlargement of the Executive Management is a natural development of Lauritz.com's central organization in order to support the future execution of the company strategy.
