The Board would like to announce that Mr Ashley Warden has decided to retire and step down as OWG's Company Secretary.
Mr Graham May has been appointed Company Secretary with effect from today.
Mr Graham May is a qualified lawyer and has been admitted as a solicitor for over 37 years, including international experience for 7 years as a practising attorney in the Cayman Islands, where he advised on banking, insurance, trusts and mutual funds.
