Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August 2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 120,408 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 24-10-2016 until 28-10-2016.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has bought back 1,413,216 shares for a total amount of EUR 44,866,430. This corresponds to 0.65% of the total shares outstanding.
