Norwegian Finans Holding ASA: CEO, Erik Jensen, will resign
The boards of directors of Norwegian Finans Holding ASA and Bank Norwegian AS have received a termination of employment from the managing director of both companies, Mr. Erik Jensen.
Both boards of directors want to thank Erik Jensen for his very solid leadership of the bank during a number of years, and which has been to the benefit of the companies, the customers and the shareholders.
The boards will immediately start the process of finding Mr. Jensen's successor to his positions. Mr. Jensen will stay in his positions till the end of the termination period, which is until 31 January 2017.
