Landsbankinn hf.: Covered bond offering results

Today, Landsbankinn concluded a covered bond auction where three series were offered for sale.

In total, 21 bids were received in the auction for the total amount of ISK 4,060m.

A total of 7 bids for ISK 780m were received in the series LBANK CB 21 at 5.41%-5.49% yield. Bids for the amount of ISK 480m were accepted at 5.45% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 4,680m.

A total of 5 bids for ISK 420m were received in the series LBANK CBI 24 at 2.61%-2.65% yield. Bids for the amount of ISK 320m were accepted at 2.62% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 6,600m.

A total of 9 bids for ISK 2,860m were received in the series LBANK CBI 28 at 2.60%-2.64% yield. All bids were accepted at 2.64% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 17,100m.

The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 19 September 2017. Arion banki, Islandsbanki and Kvika act as market makers for covered bonds issued by Landsbankinn.
