Third Advance Value Realisation Company Limited announces that as at
the close of business on 5th October 2007 the unaudited net asset
value was 120.59 pence per Ordinary Share.
As at 5th October 2007 the Company's unaudited total net assets were
£26.7 million of which £9.3 million was held in cash and cash
equivalents.
The investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued at bid
