Qurius and CDL System cancel acquisition negotiations
October 16, 2007 - Qurius and CDL have mutually agreed on cancelling
further negotiations on the acquisition of CDL by Qurius as announced
in a press release on the 30th of May 2007. Due to irreconcilable
differences regarding various details of the transaction, parties
have decided not to go forward with the transaction. Qurius and CDL
have the intention to keep working together as before on mutual
projects.
