The Company's capital consists of 21,659,538 Ordinary shares of 1
pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Downing Protected VCT
IV plc is 21,659,538.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Downing
Protected VCT IV plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
