the funds, under the management of GEM Global Equities Management SA
("GEM"), has purchased 20,000 shares of Eastpharma Ltd.
("Eastpharma") representing approximately 0.0295% of the issued share
capital of Eastpharma on 07 November 2007. After this purchase,
Pharmainvest Master Account LP has 41.93%, while the funds under the
management of GEM, as the controlling shareholders have 53.20% of the
issued share capital of Eastpharma.
