NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company has been notified that on 23 November 2007 MK Fosh
acquired a beneficial interest in a further 288,391 Ordinary shares
of 10 pence each in Novae Group plc (0.039% of the issued Ordinary
share capital of the Company) at a price of 34.0 pence per share.
As result of this transaction, MK Fosh holds the following total
beneficial interest in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Novae
Group plc: 3,300,829* shares; being 0.450% of such Ordinary Share
capital.
The acquisition represents a reinvestment of the proceeds of the sale
on 22 November 2007 of 95,800 7% Convertible bonds 2008 in Novae
Holdings PLC at a price of £1.031205 each. MK Fosh retains no
beneficial interest in 7% Convertible Bonds 2008 in Novae Holdings
PLC.
*This figure excludes shares held by the Trustees of the All Employee
Share Ownership Plan and shares subject to LTIP awards, but includes
an interest in 710,065 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each by way of
deferred bonus payable in shares in December 2008.
