'Company' or 'Sinclair') announces that it has been informed that
Andrew Sinclair, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 50,000
Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each on 29th November 2007. 25,000 were
purchased at a price of 72.0 pence per share and 25,000 at 73.0 pence
per share
Following this purchase of shares, Mr Sinclair is the beneficial
owner of 6,700,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.16% of the
Company's current issued share capital.
