BinckBank demerges last trading activities through MBO
BinckBank has demerged its last trading activities of the former
business unit Trading through a Management Buy Out (MBO). The company
will continue its activities on a separate location under the new
name Accion N.V. BinckBank holds a stake of 39% in the company.
