Announcement of Change in Shareholding
Serabi Mining advises that it has been notified that following a
disposal of shares, the BlackRock Global Metal Open Fund has reduced
its holding in the issued share capital of the company and now has a
notifiable interest of 3,444,146 ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company, representing 2.45% of the ordinary shares in issue.
