Pacific Alliance China Land Limited
Repurchase and Cancellation of Shares
Pacific Alliance China Land Limited ("the Company" or "PACL")
announces that on 26 September 2008 the Company repurchased and
cancelled 1,000,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary
Shares") at US$0.875 per share. In light of the current share price,
the Investment Manager believes the cancellation should enhance
returns to shareholders.
As a result of this transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in
issue, and therefore the total number of voting rights in the
Company, is 376,000,000.
