Imtech: 34 million euro maintenance orders in Spain

Industrial maintenance From over ten different locations in the south, centre and north of Spain, Imtech services dozens of large and medium-large industrial clients. Recently, Imtech won several orders for industrial maintenance services in the chemical, petrochemical, steel and oil and gas industries. To an increasing extent, electrical maintenance activities are being carried out alongside the maintenance of mechanical processes. For steel producer Acerinox in Algeciras, Imtech takes care of the comprehensive multidisciplinary industrial maintenance of the steel mill, the hot steel press and the mechanical maintenance of a number of huge industrial pumps, among other things. For the Spanish oil and gas company Cepsa Imtech conducts all the multidisciplinary industrial maintenance activities (electrical, instrumentation, mechanical) in the Cepsa refinery in Algeciras. Imtech is also responsible for several integral maintenance contracts regarding the technical infrastructure on the Cepsa production sites in both La Rábida and Tenerife. Other integral maintenance contracts are the contracts for the chemical plant of Cepsa in Madrid and the refinery cooker plant of the oil and gas company Repsol located in Puertollano, as well as the IQA (Industrias Químicas Asociadas) chemical plant of La Seda de Barcelona in Tarragona. Other contracts are the integral maintenance contract for Repsol in Tarragona and a contract for the mechanical industrial maintenance at the BP refinery in Castellón. Maintenance in buildings On the Spanish buildings maintenance market there is a clear need for professional technical services providers focused on the maintenance of technical installations as core activity.
