the consolidated of its global aluminum operations into one centralized unit,
AMG Aluminum, consisting of AMG Aluminum North America, LLC (formerly KB Alloys,
LLC), AMG Aluminum UK Limited (formerly part of London & Scandinavian
Metallurgical Co. Limited), and the aluminum activities of LSM Brasil S.A. Â The
reorganization was led by Mr. Julien Crisnaire, who was appointed President of
AMG Aluminum in June 2012.

sources in Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. Â AMG Mining produces critical

are available in limited supply. Â End markets for these materials include
electronics, energy efficiency, green energy and infrastructure.
