Sandnes Sparebank: Tier 1 Perpetual Bond Issue - Books closed
The books in Sandnes Sparebank Tier 1 bond issue are now closed.
The nominal amount of the bond will be NOK 300 million and will accrue interest
from 22 January 2014 with a coupon of 3 month NIBOR +375 bps.
In parallel with the new issue the following existing Tier 1 bonds have been
repurchased:
SADG23 (ISIN NO0010230501) NOK 4 million, remaining issued nominal amount is NOK
51,5 million
SADG24 (ISIN NO0010230519) NOK 56,5 million, remaining issued nominal amount is
NOK 88 million
SADG53 (ISIN NO0010610959) NOK 124 million, remaining issued nominal amount is
NOK 176 million
Arrangers were Danske Bank Markets and Nordea Markets.
