Klövern sells a property in Akalla for SEK 180 million
Klövern has signed a contract to divest a property in Akalla for an underlying
value of approximately SEK 180 million.
The property Varmvattnet 3, a site leasehold, consisting primarily of
retail/workshop facilities on close to 15,000 sq. m. is wholly let to Hedin Bil.
The buyer of the property is I.A. Hedin Fastighet AB.
Transfer of possession will be on 1 April.
