Redbrick Investments S.a.r.l. (Luxemburg) acquired through a series of transactions 45.61% of the shares in JSC Acron.
Questar Holdings Limited (Cyprus), Refco Holdings Limited (Cyprus), Agroberry Ventures Limited (Cyprus) that previously held 18.95%, 19.82% and 6.84% of the shares in JSC Acron respectively, reduced their stakes to 0.
Also Redbrick Investments S.a.r.l. (Luxemburg) acquired 100% of CJSC Acronagroservice that owns 23.27% of the shares in JSC Acron.
Therefore, Redbrick Investments S.a.r.l. (Luxemburg) totally controls 70.67% of the shares in JSC Acron, including 1.79% of quazi-treasury shares.
According to the information Acron Group has, the above-mentioned transactions did not lead to the change of the ultimate beneficiary of Acron Group.
