BinckBank N.V.: AFM fines BinckBank for unclear and misleading information
The AFM has fined BinckBank N.V. (BinckBank) for an amount of € 750.000 for unclear and misleading information in commercials for Alex Vermogensbeheer in the period of 8 September 2012 until 26 August 2014. The intention of the AFM to fine BinckBank for this was published by BinckBank on 30 October 2015. BinckBank had already taken a provision for the amount of the fine in the financial year 2015. BinckBank will study the fine with care and examines its position regarding appeal.
