Providence Resources P.l.c. have been informed by Hargreave Hale Limited that with effect from 15 July 2016;

Hargreave Hale Limited now hold 33,333,333 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 5.57% of the issued ordinary share capital.
