Acron's Shareholders Approve Dividends

Acron (Veliky Novgorod) summed up the results of its extraordinary general meeting held on 8 September 2017 in the form of absentee voting. The shareholders approved distribution of part of Acron's profit for previous years proposed by Acron's Board of Directors.

Dividends on Acron's outstanding ordinary shares will amount to RUB 235 per share. The record date for persons entitled to dividends is set for 26 September 2017. The total amount allocated for dividends is RUB 9.5 billion.

Background Information
