Results of the Combined Shareholders' General Meeting held on April 27, 2017

Paris, May 2 ^nd 2017

The quorum was established at 78.62 % (except for resolution n°4 where it was adjusted at 78.56 %).

Approval of 2016 Financial Statements
The General Meeting has approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2016.

Dividend
The General Meeting has approved the allocation of the Company's 2016 net result and the distribution of a €0.60 dividend per share, which will be paid out as from July 6, 2017.

Other resolutions
The other resolutions adopted by the General Meeting regard in particular:

• The appointment of Ms. Sabine Roux de Bézieux as a Member of the Supervisory Board ;
• The renewal of the terms of office as independent members of the Supervisory Board of Ms. Guylaine Saucier and Mr. Jacques Garaïalde ;
• The ratification of the cooptation and the renewal of the term of office of Ms. Agnès Touraine as member of the Supervisory Board.

A favorable opinion was expressed by the General Meeting on the items making up the compensation of the members of the Management Board and of the Supervisory Board, as well as on the compensation due or granted for 2016 (« Say on pay »).
